We are actively seeking to fill the following position:

Forage Crew Lead

In this position you will be involved in the day-to-day forage field operations. Operations would include cutting, chopping, harvesting, bagging, and transporting chopped forage as well as mowing, raking, and baling of dry hay. The forage crew lead would manage the Forage Crew members. The Forage Crew Lead would be under the direct supervision of The Forage Operations Manager. Other duties to manage would include but are not limited to product testing/sampling, mechanical repairs and maintenance of forage/farm equipment, bagging/piling of forage products. This position is physically demanding and fast paced.
